Two roles, one for a section that should feel like the brand and one for a section that only wants a hint of it. Both read the primary ramp: change the primary colour in Configure and every band here moves with it, in dark mode and in every context.
A texture is two CSS gradients, not an image: it themes with the surface underneath it, costs nothing to ship, and its ink follows --dt-border-strong so it is never a colour decision of its own. Callout takes it as a prop; anything else can read --dt-surface-texture the same way once Configure or a theme points it at one.
